OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Your appointments are very important to the HA team but we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed by email 3 days in advance. The Cancellation Policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, and to keep the HA team members’ schedules filled, thus providing better services for everyone. Cancellation Policy

  • We respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or else cancellation fees may apply.
  • Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services amount.
  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the scheduled services amount.
  • When appointments made within the 48 hour period are cancelled, the client must provide 4 hours notice or a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount will be incurred.

Confirmation Emails

As a courtesy, we will email you to confirm your service appointments 3 days prior to your appointment date. Please be sure we have your current email address on file and save info@hairartisans.ca in your contact list to avoid the confirmation email from landing in your junk mailbox. However, even if you do not receive our email, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
